i just got to a point where im able to update, and because of reasons i cant go into right now i have to record this info online so it cant get destroyed.

on Friday september 26th at 6:15 pm myself and the paranormal investigators club embarced on our first field study at the magnus estate in hampton county conneticut. it was supposed to be a run of the mill haunted house. i didnt expect much.

im going to have to keep this short: i believe that one or more of my fellow investigators have been possesses. this may sound like paranoia but i assure you, something is not right. i have certain reason to beleive that any notes/evidence i had may be destroyed. right now im not sure what will happen. i fear for the worst.

it is now 10:06 pm the same day.

a couple of weeks ago i posted my first entry, and i told you about the cub the prof. was planning on forming. well we just held our first meeting in the liberary (not the good one), and i gotta tell you: im a little weary about this...

    so heres what happened right:
so i get there like, an hour before it starts to do some reading in the subject of question, and thats fine, whatever. about a half an hour later the prf and saya show up, like always he doesnt pay much attention to me. about 25 minutes later this girl who calls herself "trinity" (yeah, like the matrix) shows up and just takes a seat.

right after her this dude comes in with a psp and a stupid smirk on his face and just starts playing a game. i come to find out later that this is the "mike" the prof was reffering to. a minute later that one big shot whos dad is the assistant D.A. of New york comes in, i dont know what to think of him yet, seems really smug....his name is lucas, i think.

at 8:00pm this tough looking jock walks in and sits down, i really have no idea why hes there but hey, why not, as long as he dosnt mes things up, i think his name was dave or something, i dont think thats it but i cant think of it right now. along with him is some pretty boy with blonde hair, apperently hes in a band or something, i dont know.

so we are all settling in, and getting ready, mike shuts off his game and i put down my book " cultrual parabnormalities ". then, this guy busts in the room like he owns the place, takes a long, akward gander at everybody, and takes a seat. after this the prof tells everybody to introduce themselves and tell them why there there. oh yeah, and the wack jobs name is ryan.

heres how it went to my recolection:

i wanted to prove to myself, or at least add to my research the existence of ghosts and/or other odd happenings. i was also there to provide intelegence

mike was there to do the exact same thing as me, exept he apperently is the "occult" expert. i think that means he likes to put garlic on thinks and throw holy water at people.

saya is there cuz she has an intrest in it..... or something.

lucas there to wind down and get away from all of his "hard classes" hes a law student i think

trinity was there because she also was interested

the jock was there because he is interested or something again

the rockstar was there to meet chicks or something. i dont like him.

and (strangely enough) had the most concrete reason to be there. also the weirdest : he wanted to see how fears effects an individuals psycie.


the prof told us about the magnus estate, i already knew of it of coarse. james magnus wad a rich man who was protective of his property to say the least. they say he was involved in a murder-scuicide with his wife (not sure which end he was on, probably the murder) and the house is said to be haunted by he and his wife. it hasnt been sold since so either the bank or the city owns it at this point.

yeah so appearently hes sending us to investigate and report any paranormal or supernatrual events, hes loading us up with equipment so, at least we have resoarces.

so that was yesterday, and honestly, the storie would be better but its 4:00 in the morning and im very tired. hope the trip proves useful.

so this is my first post, so its gonna be pretty boring...

yah, so i go to yale, and im doing the best i can with my wee little assosiates degree in folklore( cant wait until i have something that actualy means something) im in my junior year and all is well, for the most part. Prof. Davenport told me that hes working on putting together a "paranormal research club" and he wants me to provide intel, among other things. he said so far he doent know who hes going to ask to join, hes only told me that his neice, Sayah, and a student of his, Mike something, will probably join. it might be fun.

in other news, my journalism class is going okay, theres this guy in it though, hes freaking everybody out and is getting better grades than me. weird.

My parents decided they are going out of town for a few months, yah they got this huge House up in aspen thats really a sweet place, they wired me some money though, so thats pretty cool. guess that means their place is empty too... and i have a key ;)  .

gotta go, im reading an article on a black panther sighting in point pleasent West Virginia.
